- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements when necessary
