Responsibilities:

  1. Landscape Installation: Assist in the installation of landscapes based on design plans, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, installing sod or grass seed, and constructing pathways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
  2. Irrigation Systems: Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and efficient operation. Troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues as needed.
  3. Lawn Care: Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing. Apply pesticides and herbicides when necessary to control pests and weeds.
  4. Pruning and Trimming: Trim and shape trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and appearance. Remove dead or damaged branches and perform selective pruning to promote growth and aesthetics.
  5. Landscape Maintenance: Conduct routine landscape maintenance activities, including mulching, raking, leaf blowing, and debris removal. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the landscape areas.
  6. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment required for landscaping tasks, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, tillers, and small construction machinery.
  7. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and address their concerns or requests. Provide guidance and recommendations on landscape maintenance, plant care, and sustainable practices.
  8. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Use personal protective equipment when necessary and handle chemicals and equipment safely.

Requirements:
